BROWNSVILLE, Texas (Jan. 27, 2020) – Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño, chairman of the Texas Border Coalition (TBC), today praised the appointment of Rio Grande Valley native C. LeRoy Cavasoz-Reyna as vice president of government and internal relations for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce:
